Refund Policy

14-day refunds, no questions asked

If Siroon isn't for you, ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Email hello@getsiroon.com with the email you bought with, or reply to your receipt. Refunds are issued by the seller, Narek, a sole proprietor doing business as Narek Works, California, USA, through Stripe (our payment processor) to your original payment method, including any sales tax collected via Stripe Tax.

World packs

Unused credit packs are refundable within 14 days. When a refund is issued, the credits from that purchase are removed from your balance (the balance never goes below zero).

Failed worlds

If a world fails to generate, its credit comes back to your balance automatically — no need to ask.

After 14 days

Write to us anyway if something went wrong; we'll do what's fair. Your consumer-law rights are not affected.
